Das Acero eröffnet im Februar 2023 am neuen Standort im Herzen Kleinbasels wieder seine Türen. Für das Lokal suchen wir eine Crew, deren Mitglieder sich vernetzen wollen, um zusammen das Acero zu tragen. Wir wollen das Acero betrieblich den neuen Gegebenheiten anpassen und auf Kurs bringen. Die Abläufe sind neu und die Gruppe wird es auch sein, so dass solide Erfahrung in der gastronomischen Tätigkeit und/oder Affinität hierzu der Wunsch ist. Kaffee-Kreationen wollen gebrüht, Waffeln gebacken, Speisen angerichtet, Kuchen, Pasta und Salate produziert, Glacé-Coupes gezaubert und natürlich unsere leckere Glacé will gemischt, gefroren und probiert und serviert werden. Die Arbeit im Acero ist vielfältig und soll Spass machen.
Das Eiscafé Acero orientiert sich an Prinzipien der Selbstverwaltung und uns ist es langfristig ein Anliegen, eine Gruppe mit gleichen Zielen und Erwartungen zu formieren, deren Mitglieder sich gegenseitig mit ihren individuellen Stärken und Schwächen in der Erreichung dieser Ziele unterstützen. Ein Interesse an gemeinsam getragener Verantwortung und umsichtigem Umgang auf Augenhöhe ist uns in der Zusammenarbeit grundlegend wichtig.
Eckdaten:
- Mögliche Einsatzorte: Service, Produktion Glacé und/oder Essen, Gelataio*a im Sommerkiosk
- Pensum: ca. 25h pro Woche (auch an Wochenenden)
- Teilnahme an Sitzung und Putztag (je 1x im Monat)
- Anstellung auf Stundenbasis
- Realisierung von freiem und verantwortungsvollem Arbeiten
- Ab Februar 2023

The Acero will reopen its doors in February 2023 at a new location in the heart of Kleinbasel. For the restaurant, we are looking for a crew whose members want to network to carry the Acero together. Operationally, we want to adapt the Acero to the new circumstances and get it on track. The operations are new and so will be the group, so solid experience in and/or affinity for the restaurant business is the desire. Coffee creations want to be brewed, waffles baked, food served, cakes, pasta and salads produced, sundaes whipped up and of course our delicious icecream wants to be mixed, frozen and tasted and served. The work at Acero is varied and should be fun.
Eiscafé Acero is guided by principles of self-management and our long-term goal is to form a group with the same goals and expectations, whose members support each other with their individual strengths and weaknesses in achieving these goals. An interest in shared responsibility and prudent dealings at eye level are fundamentally important to us in our cooperation.
